The Baltimore Ravens will again be one of the teams to beat in the NFL this season.
That will continue to be the case for as long as Lamar Jackson is their quarterback.
Even when Jackson or the Ravens aren’t at their best, they’re usually competitive.
To put that into context, NFL analyst Doug Clawson shared a wild stat about Jackson and the Ravens.
“CRAZY STREAK … Lamar Jackson has gone 52 straight starts without losing by more than 7 points, including playoffs, the longest QB streak since at least 1950,” Clawson wrote on X.

That speaks volumes about Jackson’s dominance during his career.
Then again, it also speaks highly of head coach John Harbaugh and the roster the Ravens have put together.
It takes much more than a great quarterback to win in this league.
It’s also worth noting that the Ravens and Jackson have struggled when it matters most.
They’ve handled their opposition with ease during the regular season, only to fall flat in the playoffs.
No one doubts or denies Jackson’s prowess. He’s considered the best dual-threat quarterback in the game and might be the greatest runner ever at the position.
Then again, with that type of praise comes big responsibilities.
The Ravens have everything they need to return to the Super Bowl for the first time since Joe Flacco was their QB.
Not being blown out in a loss is impressive, but it’s more impressive to win when it counts.
Jackson and the Ravens will try again to break through their postseason wall this season.
